It was chosen by Sarah-Jane as it recalls all her childhood holidays spent camping on the island for 3 weeks at a time, and the now sun-faded, sepia-tinged family snaps she has of these times of simplicity and freedom. As grounding and elegant as it is rich, this is by all means a grown-up fragrance, with plenty of nostalgic kick without losing its modern verve. A luxurious oriental scent surrounded by an elixir of rich woods, buttery roots and aromatic notes, this is a creamy, rich scent crafted from nature's most noble botanicals. The story of these fragrances begin on the other side of the world, when founder Dimitri Weber set out on a journey to discover the enigmatic land that lay far beyond the horizon. After falling in love with Australia's dramatic, contrasting landscapes, Dimitri decided to capture its extraordinary beauty, bottle it in perfume form and share it with the world.
The fragrance also pays homage to Australia's first botanist and naturalist Joseph Banks', whose collection of Australian plants, seeds, insects and wildlife was the first to reveal the vast botanical richness of the continent to the European world. Featuring pure and rare ingredients from all over the world brought together with Australian Botanical essences, each perfume is crafted in Australia in consultation with a Melbourne-based, 5th generation French perfumer from Grasse.
