Returns and Exchanges


We always hope you love the piece you have purchased, and can cherish for many years to come.

However, we do understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging. For that reason, we offer returns on our orders. Due to the limited-edition nature of SARAH-JANE CLARKE’s pieces, unfortunately we are not able to accept exchanges as your favourite item, colour and size may have already sold out. We will however be happy to offer a full refund if you chose to return your item, provided your return it within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that postage to send an item back for a refund will be at the customer’s own expense. Do not hesitate to contact us at hello@sarahjaneclarke.com for any questions you may have before making a purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, please note that items such as earrings and swimwear cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on perishable goods such as magazines, as well as digital items such as gift cards.


How to make a return

To return an item and receive a refund for your purchase, all SARAH-JANE CLARKE pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the original swing tags attached and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or shows signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyers at their own expense.

To request a return, please e-mail us at hello@sarahjaneclarke.com to request your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Please note you must do this within 7 days of receiving your item. When requesting your RMA, please state your full name, order number and reason for return. Please note that all items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

After you have received your RMA number, please securely package your item in its original box. Please ensure to include in the box the completed Returns Form with reason for return and any further comments so that we can continue to improve our products and customer service. Please also make sure to include the RMA number clearly on your package. After you package your item, please send it to the below address using an insured express service with signature on delivery. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during postage back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
