SARAH-JANE CLARKE

Yoko Meshi Charm | Aquamarine Jewel & 9-Karat Gold

'Yoko Meshi' is a Japanese phrase which literally translates to 'a meal eaten sideways' used to describe the discomfort of speaking in a foreign language that you haven’t finished learning or are not yet fluent in.

Charms reflect a moment in time, evoking memories of places have been visited - different cities, countries and continents, creating a memoir out of pieces that link the past to the present and future. Create your own travel chronicle and make it uniquely yours by choosing charms that inspire you and tell your story of the places you have experienced. This is the ultimate in story telling.

Measurements:

Charm height:40mm

Charm  width:30mm

- Please note, Travel Charm Necklace is sold separately

Care instructions:

We use only 9ct gold in our jewellery so it will not tarnish, rust or decay, however all gold jewellery requires some level of care to ensure it is always looking its best.

Cleaning your piece from time to time, using a gold jewellery cleaner, rinsing in warm water and then polishing with a jewellers polishing cloth will ensure your jewellery is clean and free from skin's oils, cosmetics and other chemicals that can reduce the lustre of the gold.

Gemstones

Since many gemstones are quite delicate, hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times. We advise cleaning your precious stones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean gemstones as they can cause scratching.

Storage

Store all jewellery separately in the box or pouch they came in or in a separate compartment within a jewellery box to prevent scratching.
