However, we do understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging. For that reason, we happily offer returns on our orders. Due to the limited-edition nature of SARAH-JANE CLARKE’s pieces, unfortunately we are not able to accept exchanges as your favourite item, colour and size may have already sold out. We will however be happy to offer a refund or credit note if you chose to return your item, provided your return it within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that postage to send an item back for a refund will be at the customer’s own expense. Due to hygiene reasons, please note that items such as earrings and swimwear cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on perishable goods such as magazines, as well as digital items such as gift cards.
How to make a return
To return an item and receive a refund for your purchase, all SARAH-JANE CLARKE pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the original swing tags attached and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or shows signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyers at their own expense.

Please note you must do this within 7 days of receiving your item.
After you have received your return postage label, please securely package your item in its original box and ensure the label is firmly affixed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, or a credit note will be issued and delivered via email.
