HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE

Select your size and click 'Add To Cart'. Use the shopping bag icon in the top right of your screen to see the contents of you cart at any time and checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your delivery details and select a payment method. Keep your eye out for a confirmation of your order delivered to your nominated email address.

HOW DO I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM?

Simply place your order as usual – an expected dispatch date will be communicated with the product description. We’ll keep in touch with delivery updates when the item is on the way.

 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

If a product or size is out of stock, you can provide an email address on that page to receive a notification when the item becomes available again. Alternatively, please contact us at hello@sarahjaneclarke.com

 

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Yes, we you can visit us in store at Shop 1, 25 Military Road, Watsons Bay, NSW, 2030. Open every Thursday 9:30AM-4PM.

WHAT WILL BY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES BE?

Some countries impose taxes and duties on imports from Australia and these can vary. Please check with your local Shipping Authority for more information on import taxes and duties. 

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

SJC accepts payments via VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Paypal, Afterpay and SJC Gift Cards

 

HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?

During checkout, apply your discount code in the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' field and click 'Apply'. On our mobile site, this can be found under 'Order Details'.

 

CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you wish to make a change to an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sarahjaneclarke.com. If your order has already been dispatched, we can facilitate a return and exchange if the item is in stock.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. Simply click on the link to see the progress of your order. Alternatively, you can check an order progress within your account.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT CARD?

Our returns policy excludes returns on all gift cards. 

 

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT FO MY ORDER?

You will be refunded the order amount, less shipping costs.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR CREDIT NOTE?

Refunds and Credit Notes will be processed within 5 days of our receiving the return. You will receive a confirmation via email.
