Shipping within Australia
We ship orders within Australia via Australia Post. We offer two types of services within Australia:
Standard Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $10 for all international orders outside Australia.
Delivery in 2- 4 days to all metro areas. Other locations and /or more remote areas will likely be delivered within 5-7 business days.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders above $500 AUD.
We ship all orders with tracking. Signature on delivery and extra insurance are available upon request for an additional charge. Please contact hello@sarahjaneclarke.com if you'd like to add extra insurance. You can track orders through the Australia Post website. Once your item has been dispatched, we will notify you via email or text message with your order tracking number. We will keep you updated on your order's shipping status using the Shippit service. If notified via email, please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.

We offer a flat rate of $40 for all international orders outside Australia.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes.

Care instructions:
We use 9 Karat gold in our jewellery so it will not tarnish, rust or decay, however all gold jewellery requires some level of care to ensure it is always looking its best.
Cleaning your piece from time to time, using a gold jewellery cleaner, rinsing in warm water and then polishing with a jewellers polishing cloth will ensure your jewellery is clean and free from skin's oils, cosmetics and other chemicals that can reduce the lustre of the gold.
Gemstones
Since many gemstones are quite delicate, hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times. We advise cleaning your precious stones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean gemstones as they can cause scratching.
Storage
Store all jewellery separately in the box or pouch they came in or in a separate compartment within a jewellery box to prevent scratching.
